Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction


These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Wild Florrie website and the purchase of our floral products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to availability. In the event that a specific flower or bouquet is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar alternative of equal or greater value.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order via our accepted payment methods.

  • Prices include VAT where applicable.

3. Delivery

  • We deliver to a 30km radius from our location in Moulton, Northampton, NN3 7DU.

  • We strive to deliver orders on the specified date, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

  • If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will attempt to leave the flowers in a safe place or with a neighbour.

  • Any issues with delivery should be reported within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled up to 48hrs before the scheduled delivery time.

  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, refunds or replacements will only be considered if the flowers arrive damaged or are significantly different from what was ordered.

  • Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery for refund or replacement requests, including photographic evidence where applicable.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

  • Flowers should be cared for according to the instructions provided to maintain freshness.

6. Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the price of the order. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as loss of income, business, or goodwill.

7. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
