Frequently asked questions
We deliver within a 30km radius of Moulton, Northampton, UK. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, please contact us - orders@wildflorrie.com
Yes! We offer next-day delivery for orders placed before 12pm, or select a later date that best suits you.
We cannot guarantee specific delivery times but will do our best to accommodate requests. Deliveries typically take place between 8am - 8pm.
If no one is available, we will try to leave the flowers in a safe place or with a neighbour. If that’s not possible, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply).
Absolutely! Contact us with your preferences, and we will do our best to create a bouquet tailored to your request (prices may vary).
We accept major debit/credit cards.
Keep your flowers in fresh water, trim the stems every couple of days, and avoid placing them in direct sunlight or near heat sources.
In the incredibly rare event that this happens, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the flowers, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Yes! We offer 3, 6 and 12 monthly flower subscriptions. Please see our 'Subscriptions' page for more details.
